José Ignacio has been part of García Barragán Abogados for more than 15 years and serves as the leader of the Labor Law department.
He has more than 34 years of professional experience, and his practice focuses on providing consulting and representation in litigation in all areas of Labor Law, including collective and individual conflicts, labor planning and outsourcing.
He is a lawyer in his specialty areas of mining companies, service companies, outsourcing companies, laboratories, banks, transportation companies and industrial companies.
Education
He is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad La Salle and has a specialty in Labor Protection from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has completed Senior Management Studies at the Pan-American Institute of Senior Business Management.
Educational Activities
In the academic field, he has worked as a professor of Labor Law at the Universidad del Nuevo Mundo, and is currently a professor of Labor Law at the Universidad La Salle and a lecturer on Labor Law modules in the updating courses of the Centro de Actualización, A.C.
Memberships
He is a member of the Illustrious and National College of Lawyers, the National Association of Corporate Lawyers and the Mexican Bar Association.
